We specialize in Personalized Care Services that are thoughtfully tailored to meet the unique physical, emotional, and medical needs of every senior we serve. We understand that no two individuals are the same. That is why our care plans are built around each person’s preferences, routines, health conditions, and lifestyle goals. Caregivers provide your loved one with a regular, friendly face to build a relationship with while also helping your aging loved one with activities of daily living (think dressing, bathing, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation, etc.)
More specialized care such as chronic illness management or memory support, our team delivers compassionate, one-on-one attention.
Disability Support
Non-medical disability homecare services focus on assisting disabled seniors with daily life tasks. These tasks could include help with bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and light housekeeping, to name a few. It could also look like safely transporting your loved one to and from medical appointments.
By providing hands-on support, trained in-home caregivers help seniors maintain their independence and dignity while mitigating fall risks and ensuring their safety. In addition to physical assistance, in-homecare for disabled adults also offers emotional, mental, and social support. Companionship plays a vital role in combating isolation, a common issue for seniors with disabilities. Having someone around to engage in conversation or participate in activities helps improve their overall mental well-being.
Safety Supervision
The risk of falling can be a threat to a senior’s health and quality of life. Also, a dose of medication could be missed, or overdosed. Additionally, for those with dementia, wandering off or engaging in a dangerous activity can put them in harm’s way.
Many families face this dilemma: balancing respect for a loved one’s independence with a desire to provide them with homecare. No one wants to be overbearing, but all families worry about the time between visits when their loved one is alone. We can provide the safety supervision when you cannot be there.
Hospice Care
Hospice is a form of care tailored specifically for the needs of individuals and families facing a life-limiting illness. We will work in conjunction with a medical hospice care team to manage pain, increase comfort, and support every aspect of a patient’s physical, emotional, and spiritual health. The goal of hospice care is to help people in this stage of life with respect, peace, and dignity.

Light Housekeeping for the client
Light housekeeping in homecare refers to basic cleaning tasks that help maintain a tidy and safe living environment for our seniors. This can include activities like dusting, vacuuming, doing dishes, and meal preparation. We also include tasks such as laundry and changing bed linens for your loved one. Light housekeeping does not involve heavy cleaning tasks like moving furniture or deep cleaning carpets.
