Our Team

Our caregivers go through a very thorough criminal background check. They must have previous experience or be certified/qualified in elder care, provide references of prior experience and/skills. The most important quality we require is that they must have a compassionate and understanding heart.

We will provide you with a caregiver that your loved one will enjoy spending time with. Each caregiver is specifically selected according to the client’s needs and wishes.

CWH caregivers will:

  • Have experience providing (or training in) support services for elderly adults with disabilities
  • Demonstrate patience, compassion, and flexibility
  • Exhibit strong communication skills so they can effectively coordinate with both family members and healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless care for your loved one
  • Be a trustworthy, honest, and genuine person who desires to provide the best care possible for your loved one
  • Possesses the ability to connect and engage well with others
  • Make your loved one feel comfortable and safe
  • Have a valid driver’s license and working car so they can safely and effectively transport your loved one around if need be

Our Caregivers provide your loved one with a regular, friendly face to build a relationship with while also helping your aging loved one with activities of daily living (like dressing, bathing, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation, etc.) Additionally, our trained  caregivers can help with exercise and range of motion activities as well as transfers and ambulation—all great support services for our loved ones.
